What is the AKAT Release Form?

The AKAT Release Form grants your assigned driver authority to hitch and move your loaded trailer or RV. This short form also collects some final transportation details. After you accept a transport quote from AKAT, you will receive an email with a unique link to the Release Form prepared for your transport.  

The Release Form is a secure private page on our website. After you fill in the requested details, you click the Submit Button to electronically sign the form, which constitutes our transport agreement. If you wish, you can print the page for your records. 

What Happens After I Submit the AKAT Release Form?

After you submit the release form, you will get a call from one of our dispatchers to take your deposit payment. At that time you can ask the dispatcher any questions you might have about your transport. The day of your transport, the remaining balance due on your transport will be collected from your credit or debit card, as agreed.  Also, your assigned driver will call you to confirm that the RV or trailer is available for pickup at the time and place agreed. You will be able to contact the driver directly during the towing transport.
